Zeelo’s leadership team was looking for a solution to give them back time.
Zeelo is a smart bus platform for companies, schools, and event organizers, providing private, direct, coach-style transportation services. They use data to design routes that directly connect people to their places of work, study, or events. Zeelo came on board in May 2022. FYXER’s Long-term goal was and still is to help the Zeelo team get back time so they can focus on bigger things in both their personal and professional capacity.
I think the fact that we are on standby to help in any way shape or form and the personable nature of FYXER has made an impact on Zeelo. Busy people's emotions and needs are often overlooked so tapping in to what they need at a particular time is very valuable.
Big wins: taking the load off in terms of travel planning (flight and hotel research, bookings), Scheduling across different time zones and planning internal team offsites. More recently we have started supporting on the Business Development front.
Initially, we supported 3 stakeholders in Zeelo, owning a range of executive assistant tasks. These included diary management and extensive travel planning.
The scope of work has been steady and as the relationship continues to evolve so do the workstreams. FYXER now supports 4 stakeholders at Zeelo as well as the wider team when necessary. The workstreams we own and have covered are as follows, diary management, travel planning, personal support, event planning, inbox management (unsubscribe from mails) and a continued look at the individuals at Zeelo and how best we can support them.
